Air Berlin – Do not fly with AirBerlin Airline Its dangerous.
From my experience I do not recommend to fly with Air Berlin, it's dangerous and it may destroy your vacation or biasness trip.
August 2010 I made a terrible mistake and I flew with Air Berlin from Israel to Düsseldorf Germany. When I arrive, I discover, together with others passenger that our suitcase, were left in Israel. No representative of AirBerlin to be found. At the lost and found department we were told that we will receive the suitcase at the same day.
In the afternoon, about 10 hours after lending in Germany I contact AirBelin Airline by Email with a request for suggestion how to handle the situation I was Ignored. Air Berlin behaves in a un professional method. In anther way – Air Berlin behave like pig's!
