Ilana Kreinin, a talented 16 year-old pianist, has a brain tumor. Her parents, themselves doctors, realize that the situation is dangerous.
But surgery could also be life-threatening.
Professor Shlomi Konstantini takes it open himself to operate on Ilana and remove the tumor in her brain.  Outside the operating room, Ilana’s parents wait, worried. After long hours of waiting, Dr. Anatoly Kreinin, Ilana’s father, no longer cares what she will be like after the surgery.  He just wants her to survive.
 
Andreas’ heart transplant was a success.  They are now waiting to see how he will recover and if his body will reject the new heart.  His daughter,
Maria, arrives from Cyprus to visit and help her mother look after her father.Emotions run high after Andreas eats an egg for the first time in five years.
 
Seven year-old Mendy Bachar, who suffered a severe head injury in a traffic accident, is still in the ICU, on a respirator and in an induced coma.
Mendy has five siblings and his parents are torn between his treatment and caring for his siblings, who are home alone.  In addition, Iisrael, Mendy’s father, is dealing with a restraining order which does not allow him to come into his home and he is threatening to kill his wife, children and himself.
Mendy is still on a respirator and in a coma.
 
Will Ilana survive the surgery?  Will Mendy regain consciousness?
